| Assuming I have Homing Pigeons because they are, probably, the largest bird I will ever have. 1} Which is the best perch, shadow box type or upside down V type? 2} What should the dimensions be on a shadow box type? (Horizontal x verticle x deep) 3} What should the dimensions be for the V type? 4} How far should one V perch be, side to side, from another V perch? 5} How far should one V perch be above another V perch? Thanks for any help.

| in my opinion box perches are the best , 1ft cube then when you pick a bird up it tends to get to the back of the box perch and is quieter , if you go for v perches again 1 ft apart either way . | |

| Edgie, thanks for your thoughts on the subject. I never even thought of the catching problem if on a V.
