Sorry for the newbie question. I'm writing a screenplay on Homer's and trying to clarify some things.

Can pigeons be re-homed at all? Someone told me they can't be, after they have an established home.

And if someone were to buy a champion homer, is there any benefit to keeping it? Doesn't it already have an established home? Could it still be used for breeding in SOMEONE ELSE'S loft, or would it just try to fly back home?

Thanks, any and all answers vastly appreciated.

in answer to your question , yes you can break a pigeon to a new home if you know how , and yes to a champion racer being locked up to breed from as you will have more chance of breeding your own champion from it , and yes it would fly back home given the chance . cheers
